Well they accepted the offer and the inspection went well. We countered with some small stuff and they countered back, Looks like we will agree on the counter and buy the townhouse. That went well.

preparing a CMA for a cleint today she was a walking in and my jr. talked to her and it looks like we may list her home. Very nice person I look forward to working with her.

today we are going to make a offer on a townhouse that our client really likes. There was an offer on it a while back when we were looking at it but it must have flipped because it's back on the market, so we are going to go after it. The trouble is my client does want to offer full price so we can't ask for much as the way of closing cost or cleaning the roof ect. We are off to make the offer.

I thought all I had to do was hire someone to build it and they would come. It's been over a month now and I still don't have what I want on my site. They keep telling us ( my husband and myself ) that it will all be right any day now. I guess it will take about 3 to 5 months before my web site will be ranked on the first page of any of the top search engines. I'm counting on my husband to keep the site running smooth.
